Your voice in AI.
We build a system that teaches AI how your company writes. It is called the Corporate Voice Engine.
Your team writes faster with AI, and the texts sound like you, for every author and every audience.
Let’s talk →The common problem: AI sounds like AI. And often not like you.
Generative AI makes writing fast. The results sound generic, sometimes odd, and often unlike your own company. At the same time, everyone in the company builds their own agents and workarounds. Each person solves the problem alone, and the shared language gets lost along the way.
That is why we built the Corporate Voice Engine.
It brings your language and rules together in one place and combines them with what we have learned in more than 20 years of journalism, storytelling and communications consulting. Everyone works from the same foundation, and the CEO, sales, communications and other authors still keep their own voice.
The engine
Your Corporate Voice Engine consists of two parts and can be extended at any time.
Your corporate voice.
In a proven process, we capture your language and the rules of your communication and translate them into an AI system.
Your language, authors and audiences, boundaries and approvals, formats and reference texts.
Our editorial system.
More than 20 years of business and technology journalism, storytelling and communications consulting, translated into rules and functions that are part of every engine.
Writing that sounds human, format structures, language and output rules, and ongoing maintenance.
Your extensions.
The engine grows with your needs.
At the start, we define how many authors and audiences your system should serve. Later, you can extend your Corporate Voice Engine at any time with more authors, formats and audiences, or with add-ons such as sales, a topic radar or a content plan.
What it makes possible.
Your language becomes part of your AI.
The Corporate Voice Engine creates a shared foundation for working with AI, for individuals, teams and different applications.
Good texts, faster.
Language, rules and formats are already in place. Your team no longer has to explain to the AI how you write every single time.
Built once, used everywhere.
You set up language, rules and formats once, and every application uses them. The engine learns from every piece of feedback. Over time, that saves effort and cost.
Consistent, not identical.
Everyone works with the same corporate voice. At the same time, the CEO, experts, sales or the company channel can keep their own voice.
Your knowledge can work too.
You can connect the engine to your company knowledge, your content and your references. The AI then knows your language and can also work with what your company knows.
A foundation for your agents.
You can connect the Corporate Voice Engine to existing AI tools and your own agents. You don’t have to rebuild language and rules for each application.
A system that grows with you.
You can add new authors, audiences, formats, knowledge and applications whenever you need them.
The result is one shared language foundation for every AI you work with, today and in the future.
How it works
Your own Corporate Voice Engine in a few weeks.
Phase 1: Build
We agree on the next steps, review your material and talk to the people who shape your language. We translate your language into a proven system the AI can work with and connect it to our editorial knowledge module.
Phase 2: Launch & training
You start working with the engine. We show you how to use it day to day. We train it together. Every piece of feedback from your team makes it better.
Phase 3: Operation
You decide whether to work with the system on your own or to keep us on board as a sparring partner or external editorial team.
The first engines are up and running. Now we are looking for three pilot partners.
We build your Corporate Voice Engine, roll it out with your team and develop it further together with you in real-world use.
Pilot partners get special terms for getting started.
